The TreasuRed Apple is a cold hardy columnar apple tree developed by the University of Saskatchewan. This is great planting option for growers with compact spaces and urban yards. This compact variety produces bright red fruit with a crisp, crunchy texture that ripens by mid-September. It has a similar Macintosh apple flavour profile, inherited from its parent tree lineage.

The tree's unique growth habit produces apples on short spurs along the main trunk, creating a narrow, space-efficient form ideal for tight gardens. Fruit stores well for up to three months in cold storage and is excellent for fresh eating, baking, and preserves.
